By accessing or using SkyyStream ("we," "our," or "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

SkyyStream may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. About SkyyStream

SkyyStream is a streaming platform dedicated to combat sports and independent films. The Platform provides live event streaming, video-on-demand (VOD) content, interactive live chat features, and access to exclusive combat sports events and independent film content.

SkyyStream is not a content producer, promoter, or event organizer. We provide the streaming infrastructure and platform for content creators, promoters, and event organizers to distribute their content.

3. Eligibility

To use SkyyStream, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features, including live events, VOD content, and interactive features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your login credentials, notify us immediately of unauthorized access, and be responsible for all activity under your account.

SkyyStream reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for any reason.

5. Content Access & Licensing

All content on SkyyStream, including live streams, VOD content, and recorded events, is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing only.

You may not record, download, redistribute, broadcast, or share any content from SkyyStream without explicit written permission. Unauthorized distribution or sharing of content may result in legal action and immediate account termination.

Access to certain content may require a subscription or one-time payment. Your access rights are limited to the terms specified at the time of purchase.

6. Live Events & Streaming

Live events are streamed in real-time and may be subject to delays, interruptions, or technical issues beyond our control. SkyyStream does not guarantee uninterrupted streaming or perfect video quality.

Event schedules, fighters, and matchups are subject to change. SkyyStream is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by event organizers.

Pay-per-view (PPV) purchases are for live viewing and may include limited replay access as specified at the time of purchase.

7. Fees & Payments

SkyyStream offers subscriptions, pay-per-view events, and individual content purchases. By purchasing, you authorize SkyyStream to charge your payment method.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Prices may change with notice.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

8. User Conduct

You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; record, download, or redistribute content; use automated tools to access the platform; engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior in chat or comments; impersonate another person or entity; upload harmful code, spam, or disruptive content; infringe on any copyrights or intellectual property rights; or use SkyyStream for any illegal purpose.

SkyyStream may remove content, ban users, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on SkyyStream, including trademarks, logos, branding, designs, video content, and software, is owned by SkyyStream or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its content without written permission.

10. Platform Availability

SkyyStream does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific streaming quality. Streaming quality may vary based on your internet connection, device capabilities, and network conditions.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time without liability.

11. Third-Party Services

SkyyStream may integrate with third-party services including payment processors, video hosting providers, analytics tools, or communication platforms.

These services have their own policies, and SkyyStream is not responsible for their actions or content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyyStream is not liable for losses, damages, or claims resulting from your use of the Platform. We are not responsible for event outcomes, content quality, streaming interruptions, or decisions made by event organizers.

We provide the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. You assume full responsibility for your use of the platform and any content you access.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SkyyStream harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and legal fees arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or unauthorized distribution of content.

14. Termination

SkyyStream may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms, unauthorized content sharing, abusive or unlawful behavior, payment failures, or security concerns.

Upon termination, your access to paid content, subscriptions, and platform features may end immediately without refund.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
