Do not engage in harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Avoid using offensive, abusive, or vulgar language in live chat, comments, messages, or any public-facing content on SkyyStream.

3. Be Honest & Accurate

Do not post fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate information, especially regarding events, fighters, matchups, or content availability.

Do not impersonate another person, company, or entity. You must represent yourself truthfully.

Do not make false claims about events, fighters, or content. Misrepresentation can harm other users and may violate the law.

4. No Spam or Excessive Self-Promotion

Do not spam the platform with repetitive or irrelevant content, excessive promotional material, or unsolicited advertisements.

You may share relevant content or discussions in appropriate contexts, but do not flood the community with promotional messages or manipulate the platform for advertising purposes.

Do not send unsolicited private messages or emails to other users for the purpose of selling unrelated services or products.

5. Respect Content Rights

Do not record, download, redistribute, or share any content from SkyyStream without explicit written permission. This includes live streams, VOD content, and any platform-exclusive material.

Do not share your account credentials with others or attempt to circumvent access controls.

Unauthorized content sharing will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

6. No Illegal or Unethical Activity

Do not use SkyyStream to engage in or promote illegal activity, including but not limited to piracy, copyright infringement, fraud, or any other unlawful behavior.

Do not post content that violates local, state, or federal laws. This includes content that promotes violence, illegal activities, or violates intellectual property rights.

SkyyStream is not responsible for monitoring all user activity, but we will remove content and ban users who engage in clearly illegal or unethical behavior.

7. Respect Privacy & Security

Do not share another user's personal information (name, phone number, email, address) without their consent.

Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or exploit the platform in any way. Do not use bots, automated scripts, or other tools to manipulate SkyyStream's features or data.

Report any security vulnerabilities to support@skyystream.com rather than exploiting them.

8. Respect Intellectual Property

Do not upload, share, or distribute copyrighted material (images, videos, content) that you do not own or have permission to use.

Do not copy, reproduce, or redistribute SkyyStream's content, platform features, or proprietary material.

9. Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior that violates these Community Guidelines, please report it immediately using the platform's reporting tools or by contacting us at support@skyystream.com.

Provide as much detail as possible, including links, screenshots, or descriptions of the violation.

We will review reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans.

10. Consequences of Violations

SkyyStream reserves the right to enforce these Community Guidelines at its discretion. Violations may result in:

• Warning: A formal notice that your behavior violates our guidelines.

• Content Removal: Deletion of comments, chat messages, or posts that violate the rules.

• Temporary Suspension: Temporary loss of access to your account and platform features.

• Permanent Ban: Permanent termination of your account and removal from the platform.

Serious violations (such as content piracy, harassment, or illegal activity) may result in immediate and permanent bans without prior warning.
