We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Here's our straightforward approach to refunds and cancellations for streaming services and content access.

1. Overview

SkyyStream provides digital streaming services, including subscriptions, pay-per-view (PPV) events, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and platform access. Because these services are delivered instantly and digitally, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect both our business and our users.

By purchasing any product or service from SkyyStream, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. Subscriptions & Content Access

All sales of digital streaming services, including subscriptions, PPV events, and VOD content, are final. Once you have accessed, streamed, or viewed any portion of the content, no refunds will be issued.

Subscriptions to SkyyStream (monthly or yearly plans) are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle, but no prorated refunds will be given.

Pay-per-view (PPV) event purchases are non-refundable once the event has started or been accessed, even if you experience technical issues during viewing.

3. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

While our general policy is no refunds, we may make exceptions in the following cases:

a. Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate transaction.

b. Billing Errors: If you can demonstrate that a charge was made in error (e.g., subscription charged after cancellation was confirmed), we will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.

c. Technical Issues: If a technical problem on our platform prevents you from accessing content you purchased and we cannot resolve the issue within 24 hours of the event start time, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

d. Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the event organizer before it begins and is not rescheduled, we will provide a full refund for PPV purchases.

e. Content Not Delivered: If you purchased access to content and it was never made available to you due to an error on our end, we will provide a full refund.

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase (or within 24 hours for live events) to be considered.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your SkyyStream subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@skyystream.com.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. However, no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription and have not accessed any paid content, live events, or premium features, we may issue a full refund at our discretion. Contact us immediately to request this.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly, your account may be suspended or permanently banned from SkyyStream.

Chargebacks are costly and time-consuming for small businesses. We encourage you to reach out to us first at support@skyystream.com so we can resolve any issues directly.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions outlined above, please contact us at support@skyystream.com with the following information:

• Your name and email address associated with your SkyyStream account

• Purchase date and transaction ID (if available)

• Detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

7. No Guarantee of Content Quality or Event Outcomes

SkyyStream provides streaming services and access to combat sports events and independent film content. However, we do not guarantee specific content quality, streaming reliability, event outcomes, or viewer satisfaction.

Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with event outcomes, fighter performance, content quality, personal expectations, or changes of mind will not be honored. Streaming quality may vary based on your internet connection and device capabilities.

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

SkyyStream reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify users via email or through a notice on the platform.

Your continued use of SkyyStream after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
